First Come, First Serve. No Early Sales.

We will let in 16 people to start the sale, and then 1 out, 1 in. As the day progresses I hope to increase this threshold.

There are over 20 steps into the home. The pathway from the street to the front door is dirt and stone steps. If you have mobility concerns then this is not the sale for you.

I do not ship. You must be present to purchase items.

Case/Jewelry area is limited to 2 customers at any given time.

Valuables are removed from residence and returned the morning of sale.

Golden Bear Estate will not personally monitor entry lists; it is up to the people who are waiting to monitor themselves. But due to a growing number of issues with peoples pre-lists and arguments that have arisen, please note the following guidelines: 1) sign up yourself and only yourself. 2) You must stay close to the estate. You cannot sign up and then go back home. Certainly if you need to go to the restroom or get a quick cup of coffee that is ok…Just make sure you let someone else know who is also waiting or leave a time dated note. 3) Enjoy the quiet time before the excitement of the sale. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Sales tax will be collected. Sales tax rate in Berkeley is 10.25%. Please note: Resale permits are not accepted at sales. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
