You can order online at MolinaHealthcareOTC.com, mail us your completed OTC Product Order Form, call an OTC Advocate at (866) 420-4010 (TTY: 711), Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., EST, use our 'OTC-Anywhere' mobile app, or use your OTC benefit card at any Walmart store.

An OTC benefit is a part of most Medicare Advantage plans. It gives you money to spend on eligible OTC products. This is typically a fixed allowance that comes every month or quarter.

You have an allowance on your MyChoice card each quarter for non-prescription OTC health and wellness items like vitamins, sunscreen, pain relievers, bandages, and cough and cold medicine. You can use your MyChoice card: In Store: Through participating retail locations.

You can also get everyday items like laundry detergent, soap and toothbrushes.

Use your OTC Plus card to pay for non-prescription drugs, health-related items, fitness equipment and activity trackers, healthy foods, and home utilities such as gas, oil, electric, water, and internet service. Save at your neighborhood pharmacy, farmers' markets, online, and other participating retailers.

How Your OTC Benefit Works. At the beginning of each calendar quarter, your OTC card is loaded with the quarterly OTC amount for your plan. *Starting in 2024, Access PPO members receive a Visa® Flex Advantage spending card to access your OTC benefit.
